HER SUPERPOWERS
Émilie is a dynamic girl who loves to move and has played hockey for a significant part of her life at competitive levels (Women’s Midget AA and Collegiate AAA). Her passion for physical activity and her desire to help others led her to physiotherapy. Émilie now practices triathlon and functional training recreationally.
She is trained in sports physiotherapy, as a sports first responder, in vestibular physiotherapy, and has a certificate in peripheral and spinal joint manipulation.
HER PASSIONS
She is passionate about sports and well-being, pillars that guide her life both personally and professionally. Whether participating in a triathlon, playing hockey, running, or engaging in functional training, each sport activity enriches her understanding of the human body. Beyond sports competitions, spending precious moments with her family and friends is just as essential for her. These quality moments are crucial for recharging and maintaining a healthy balance between her professional and personal life, allowing her to offer the best of herself to her patients.
HER APPROACH
Her care philosophy is based on a thorough exploration of each situation, adopting a holistic approach to understanding and solving her patients’ health problems. This method aims not only to treat immediate symptoms but also to prevent their recurrence. By integrating a detailed analysis of physical conditions, lifestyle habits, and individual sports activities of her patients, she strives to develop personalized treatment plans that promote complete and lasting healing. Her goal is to help her patients regain their full potential, ensuring that the solutions she proposes are as preventive as they are curative.
