Passions
Since a young age, Félix-Antoine has been passionate about sports, health, and outdoor activities. He played hockey from age 6 to 19 and later coached for three seasons. He also played football in elementary and high school and worked as a lifeguard for six years. For the past four years, climbing has become his main passion, where he dedicates himself to pushing his physical and mental limits.
Approach
Félix-Antoine emphasizes active patient involvement in their rehabilitation. His approach is based on carefully listening to each person’s goals and creating a personalized treatment plan. He combines specific exercises, education, manual therapy, and myofascial release to help his clients reach their objectives.
Biography
Graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2024, Félix-Antoine gained extensive experience working with sports teams during his studies. He spent three years with the Carabins football team, worked with FC Laval soccer, and collaborated with various high school hockey and football teams, including the Loups of Curé-Antoine-Labelle. He holds a certification in peripheral manipulation, specializes in sports trauma, and has a sports first responder certification. He continues to stay involved in hockey with the Forestiers of Amos midget AAA.
