Outside the clinic, Isabelle dedicates herself to several passions. She loves cooking everything she eats, focusing on health and the well-being of the body. Passionate about sports, she practices, attends, and watches various sports disciplines. Traveling and discovering new countries and cultures also enrich her life experiences.
HER APPROACH
Isabelle combines several techniques and training to offer a holistic and personalized approach. Trained in deep tissue massage, sports massage, muscle decongestion, Swedish massage, postural kinesiology, stretching, lymphatic drainage (Leduc), cupping, and with expertise in training, nutrition, and alternative medicine for sports injuries, she knows how to adapt her approach to the specific needs of each patient. Her great listening skills and attention to detail allow her to understand and read her clients’ bodies within the first five minutes of consultation.

– First DEC: Interior Design and sports studies in handball.
– Second DEC: Aeronautical machinist.
– Training in coaching, nutrition, and sports injuries.
– Professional diploma in massage therapy.
– Training as a commercial assistant.
– English immersion and sports studies in hockey.
