Bio

A former hockey player through CEGEP, Sophia also enjoyed playing tennis recreationally. When she discovered pickleball, it reignited her competitive spirit. After only two years of serious training, she quickly rose to become one of the top players in Quebec and Canada.

Sophia is the co-owner of Elite Pickleball and coaches for Pickleball Getaways, an organization founded by world no.1 Ben Johns and top pro Dekel Bar. She also holds an RPO (Racket Pro Organization) coaching certification, a rare distinction with only two clinicians in Canada.

Balancing her career, business, and sport, Sophia is also passionate about natural, light, and funky red wines. In her free time, she enjoys playing board games, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and her cats.
