COMPLETE ANALYSIS OF YOUR SWIMMING TECHNIQUE

UNIQUE SERVICE IN MONTREAL

What is a swim analysis?

Our swim analysis is a comprehensive process that evaluates your swimming technique using our exclusive NxtG Swim Pro program. Developed in-house, this program focuses on movement analysis and correction to maximize performance and prevent injuries.

Our swim analysis is an essential tool for triathletes, swimmers, CrossFit athletes, and anyone looking to excel in their discipline.

We use advanced technologies, such as slow-motion video, to assess swimming technique, speed, strength, and efficiency. Our specialists then guide you in creating a personalized action plan with expert insights and recommendations.

Why do a swimming analysis?

Working with one of our experienced NxtG Swim Pro specialists brings you in-depth expertise in biomechanics and sports performance.

The NxtG Swim Pro program helps identify and correct muscle imbalances, poor posture and technical inefficiencies, to prevent pain and injury.

Our specialists will guide you towards more efficient swimming, whatever your level or discipline, to improve your performance while saving energy.

For triathletes, swim analysis is crucial to optimizing every phase of their training, ensuring efficient, energy-saving swimming for cycling and running.

Swimmers, whether competitive or amateur, will benefit from improved technique and reduced risk of injury, essential elements for sustained performance.

For crossfit enthusiasts, where swimming can often be a challenge, analysis helps to develop a stronger, more efficient swim, contributing to better overall performance.

In all cases, swim analysis offers a personalized approach, targeting strengths and areas for improvement for each athlete, ensuring rapid and lasting progress in their respective sport.

MAXIMIZING POTENTIAL

By filming athletes from different angles, this technique enables detailed observation of every movement, revealing aspects imperceptible to the naked eye. This analysis enables us to precisely identify the athlete’s strengths and weaknesses (arm technique, body positioning, breathing, coordination of movements).

This personalized approach, combined with the expertise of our professionals, guarantees targeted and effective improvement, enabling swimmers to maximize their potential and perfect their swimming style.

PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLAN

Based on the results of the analysis, a customized training plan can be created. This plan will specifically target your needs and help you swim more efficiently.

INJURY PREVENTION

By identifying incorrect techniques, muscular imbalances or lack of mobility in your movements, physiotherapy analysis of swimming technique helps prevent swimming-related injuries.

MEASURING PROGRESS

Performing periodic analyses enables you to measure your progress in concrete terms over time. This can be highly motivating and rewarding.
