Massage therapist
« Massage therapy: the art of turning a knot into a sigh of relief. »
Superpowers
I’m a third-year Sports Therapy student at Concordia University, with training in Swedish and sports massage. My superpower is my constant drive to help my clients more – whether it’s for a return to play (RTP), to relieve a deeper injury, or simply to offer a well-deserved moment of relaxation.
Passions
I run marathons (non-competitively), ski in the winter, and often head out for mountain hikes. Traveling and adventure fuel me every day: each trip and new experience is a way to discover, move, and push my limits.
Approach
For me, massage therapy is a balance between science and practice. Thanks to my university training, I can go deeper into analyzing an injury while still providing relaxing and tailored care. Each session becomes a personalized meeting, where I listen, adapt, and guide.
Biography
I’m currently completing my degree in Sports Therapy at Concordia University while building my practice in sports and Swedish massage. My background as a runner and skier helps me understand the needs of my clients, whether they are athletes or not, and use massage as a tool to improve both recovery and well-being.
