Alexander is also known as Sacha, the name used by his family, friends, and close ones in everyday life. He stands out for his strong interpersonal skills and his deep passion for health, sport, and exercise. He values human connection and naturally builds trusting relationships with the people he works with, helping them feel supported throughout their rehabilitation process.
His passions
Outside the clinic, Sacha is passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys staying active, exploring, and spending time outside, which supports both his personal balance and professional practice.
His approach
For Sacha, physiotherapy is about empowering patients to become active participants in their recovery. He uses his expertise to provide each client with the right tools to better understand and manage their pain or injury. His goal is to help patients gain autonomy and confidence, both in daily life and in their sporting activities..
His background
Our therapist followed an academic path focused on health and movement. He began with Health Sciences at CEGEP, completed a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and then earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. Alongside his studies, he played competitive volleyball for approximately ten years, an experience that continues to shape his understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport.
