Érica Lambert

Functional fitness athlete

Biography

Érica has been immersed in the world of sport for as long as she can remember. Sport has deeply shaped her identity, discipline, and mindset focused on self-improvement. Over the years, she has explored multiple disciplines—from cheerleading to CrossFit, bodybuilding, running, and HYROX—developing a strong relationship with effort, consistency, and performance, while learning to redefine what performance truly means to her.

Background

From a young age, Érica practiced cheerleading, flag football, and cross-country, quickly discovering a love for running and competition. While studying in police technology, physical fitness tests introduced her to the world of structured training. Driven by an intense personality and a strong all-in mentality, she entered the world of bodybuilding and competed in three competitions. This period marked by extremes became a turning point: she realized that her intensity could be channeled in a healthier, more sustainable way. It was with this vision that she founded Togetfit, a gym built around a clear mission ; to support women in developing a respectful, confident, and balanced relationship with their bodies, away from constant pressure around fat loss.
