Pamela Boucher
"Running and functional training athlete"
Biography
Pamela Boucher has been immersed in the world of health, training, and performance for several years. A Naturopath (N.D.), certified coach, and running evaluator, she is truly passionate about human physiology. An endurance athlete at heart, she loves not only pushing her own limits but, more importantly, understanding the mechanisms that allow the body to become stronger, more resilient, and higher performing. A proud ambassador for Courses Thématiques for nearly three years, she is fully dedicated to promoting running, the joy of movement, and the pursuit of pushing boundaries within a growing community.
Background
Her athletic background has been built progressively and solidly through endurance sports. With an impressive track record that includes three road marathons and six Ironman 70.3 races, triathlon has deeply shaped her vision of training. What Paméla particularly appreciates about sports is the constant opportunity to become a beginner again, forcing herself to learn and step out of her comfort zone. Recently, she made the leap into the world of functional fitness and HYROX (completing seven double events before reaching the pro level). This discipline has allowed her to discover a whole new type of effort, where strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, and the ability to remain clear-headed under exhaustion must coexist.
