Outside the clinic, he dedicates himself to several passions. He loves playing the piano and listening to music, which helps him relax and recharge. Sports also play a significant role in his life, especially hiking, which allows him to reconnect with nature.
His Approach
His therapeutic approach is a balanced combination of active and passive methods. He uses specific exercises to encourage autonomy and active participation in his patients’ rehabilitation. Additionally, he employs manual therapy, stretching, and myofascial release techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility.
Biography
He earned his master’s degree in physiotherapy in 2021 after completing a physiotherapy technique program from 2013 to 2016. He worked as a physiotherapist in a gym from 2022 to 2024. In addition to his studies, he has taken several specialized training courses: McKenzie Method levels A and B, Mulligan lower quadrant training, lower limb motor control training, and level 1 manual therapy.
