Olivier Picard-Aubin

Massage therapist

“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!”

His Superpowers

What sets Olivier apart in his practice is, above all, his attentive listening and professional understanding of your needs. Having extensive personal experience in the sports field, he quickly grasps the physical challenges you may face, allowing him to offer precise, targeted, and deeply human support.

His Approach

As an endurance sports enthusiast for over a decade, Olivier first discovered the benefits of manual therapy as a client looking to optimize his own recovery. At 35, he decided to turn this passion into a career, completing his studies at AMS to become a massage therapist. Today, he regularly pursues continuing education to deepen his expertise. In particular, he integrates myofascial therapy into his practice ; an approach focused on releasing tension within the fascia to relieve postural issues, combined with targeted work on the diaphragm to optimize breathing. Through these precise tools, he continuously refines his approach to provide the best possible support for his clients.

His Background

Having practiced endurance sports for over a decade, Olivier first discovered the benefits of manual therapy as a client to optimize his own recovery. At the age of 35, he decided to turn this passion into a calling by completing his studies at the AMS to become a massage therapist. Today, he regularly invests in continuing education to enrich his expertise and provide the best possible care for his clients.

His Passions

When he is not taking care of his clients, Olivier cultivates a balanced life through his other interests. Naturally curious, his downtime is often filled with reading, discovering new horizons through travel, and music, which he loves listening to just as much as playing.
