Biography

A passionate and deeply determined athlete, Louis embodies remarkable versatility and a constant pursuit of pushing his limits. Whether taking on pure endurance challenges or developing his athletic power, he approaches every discipline with exceptional rigor and motivation.

Background

Louis’s athletic background is marked by a rich and diverse evolution. Between the ages of 16 and 19, he first built a solid endurance base by training for sprint triathlons. At 18, he showcased his running talent by competing at the collegiate level. Subsequently, from 19 to 23, he chose to diversify his abilities by focusing on strength training at the gym, gaining 20 lbs of muscle mass while maintaining his cardiovascular fitness. Since October 2025, he has masterfully combined strength and endurance by fully dedicating himself to the demanding world of Hyrox.

Next Challenges

Louis’s eyes are now set on the future and reaching new heights. His first short-term goal is the hybrid race in Drummondville, scheduled for August 15, where he will compete in the Solo Open division with the ambition of clocking a time between 1h00 and 1h01. By the end of 2026, he has set the ultimate goal of dropping below the symbolic one-hour mark in the Hyrox Solo Open. Once this milestone is achieved, he plans to tackle the Pro category to secure his qualification for the World Championships, a goal he hopes to realize ideally in 2027, or more realistically in 2028.
