Alice Calvet
Physiotherapist
“It’s time to start living the life you’ve dreamed of.” Henry James
Her superpowers
Empathetic, curious, and dynamic, she strives to understand the person behind the patient in order to tailor care as closely as possible to their goals and expectations. When she encounters a sport she doesn’t yet know, she doesn’t hesitate to try it herself to better understand its demands and challenges.
Her passions
Passionate about sport, travel, and culture, she has had the opportunity to travel extensively and complete several solo treks, notably in Iceland. Active from a young age, she has practiced horseback riding, Muay Thai, pole dance, running, strength training, and hybrid racing (Hyrox). Driven by a love of challenge, she is always eager to learn and push herself further.
Her approach
Her philosophy as a physiotherapist is based on a holistic approach to each individual. Convinced that improving performance ; whether physical, intellectual, or professional ; requires comprehensive care, she integrates nutrition, sleep, and training into her treatments. This global vision allows her to support patients effectively and sustainably in reaching their goals.
Her background
Graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2019, she gained diverse experience by working in various settings and completing several additional training courses. She later continued her career in Québec, where she obtained recognition of her diploma. For the past two years, she has been practicing at Nxt Generation, working with both amateur and professional athletes, including CrossFit World Champion Jeff Adler. Alongside her clinical work, she also supports a rugby team in Montreal.
