Outside the clinic, this enthusiast nurtures an insatiable thirst for learning, particularly through reading. When he is not immersed in a new book, Zachary enjoys recharging in nature or expressing his creativity by cooking delicious meals.
His approach
The clinical approach of this movement expert is, above all, centered on the patient and their goals. He advocates a perfect balance in his sessions, dividing his interventions 50/50 between orthopedic manual therapy (including myofascial release) and activation exercises. Relying on a detailed biomechanical analysis, our practitioner also supports individuals in tracking and improving their lifestyle habits to foster positive and lasting changes.
His background
The academic and practical background of this future kinesiologist is rich in formative experiences. After completing his DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Physiotherapy Technology at Cégep Garneau at the end of 2022, he is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at Université Laval, with graduation expected at the end of 2026. Highly involved in the sports field, Zachary acts as a trainer with the Élans de Garneau brigade, as well as for a division 3 soccer team. Finally, this human body enthusiast shares his knowledge as a teaching assistant for a cadaver anatomy course at Université Laval.
