Massotherapist

“Feel the fear and do it anyway.” – Susan Jeffers

Her Superpowers

Jessica stands out primarily for her dynamism, positivity, boundless energy, and her desire to help others. She is always ready to find solutions to help you continue your beloved activities and alleviate your daily pains.

Her Passions

Movement is simply a fundamental need and priority for Jessica. Whether through her career as a professional dancer, team sports, teaching group fitness classes, or simply going on a mountain hike, physical activity holds a significant place in her daily life. It is through engaging in these activities that she has developed a strong sense of self-improvement and discipline.

Her Approach

With a primarily therapeutic approach, she focuses on biomechanical issues and addresses them using massage techniques, physiotherapy, orthotherapy, and, if necessary, various tools such as cupping, vibrational massagers, myofloss, and more. The goal of each session is to restore mobility to the body, allowing for a swift return to physical activity. Of course, if the body and mind require it, relaxation massages are always available to calm the nervous system and everyday stress.

Biography

Throughout her professional dance journey, Jessica faced several injuries that hindered her progress as a dancer. However, she was supported by professionals who provided quality treatments, respecting her body while offering solutions to allow her to continue her training and push her body to its fullest potential.

It was this relationship of trust and knowledge sharing between therapist and patient that led her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She wanted to offer solutions to individuals dealing with persistent injuries, helping them regain control of their bodies and understand why these injuries occur and how to prevent them in the future. In 2017, she enrolled in the Scientific Massage Academy, earning her first diploma as a Massage Practitioner. In 2021, she decided to pursue diplomas in Sports Kinésithérapie and Deep Tissue, and in 2022, she obtained a Diploma in Orthotherapy, receiving the Yves Paré Prize from the Scientific Massage Academy of Montreal.
