HER PASSIONS

Our new physiotherapist stands out for a life filled with sports activities and a passion for testing and exceeding her limits in numerous disciplines. From a young age, what drives her is action over competition. Having played soccer from age 5 to 18, she also delved into the circus arts from 7 to 21, a discipline she aspires to return to. But that’s not all! She also engaged in baseball from 10 to 16 years old, as well as figure skating and speed skating for several years. Calm and attentive, she is always ready to commit herself fully to physical activity! 

HER APPROACH

Her practice is decidedly patient-centered. She is convinced of the importance of making sure the patient understands their issue and what affects them so they can integrate and apply her advice effectively. Her expertise in analyzing and breaking down movement allows her to adopt a personalized and precise approach, aiming to optimize patients’ recovery and physical performance.

BIOGRAPHY

She obtained her master’s in physiotherapy at the University of Montreal. Her academic journey was highlighted by a collaboration with the McGill Martlets in basketball during the 2023 season, where she had the opportunity to cover practices and matches alongside the team’s physiotherapist. This experience allowed her to solidify her knowledge and passion for sports physiotherapy.
