“The only worthy goal in life is freedom. It is attained by ignoring things beyond our control.” – Epictetus

His Superpowers

Dillon is a caring and empathetic physiotherapist, renowned for his active listening and personalized approach. His expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy enables him to meet the needs of every patient, from athletes to sports enthusiasts. In addition to his general skills, Dillon specializes in pediatrics, offering adapted and specific care to support the healthy development of children. With a targeted, personalized approach, he helps each patient achieve their goals and optimize their full potential.

His Passions

Dillon is passionate about climbing blocks and running, two activities in which he likes to push his physical and mental limits. Highly competitive in team sports, he values the spirit of discipline and collaboration, which he also integrates into his daily practice.

His Approach

Dillon adopts an integrated, professional approach, combining techniques such as manual therapy, myofascial release and exercise therapy. In sports physiotherapy, he carefully assesses athletes to identify muscle imbalances and potential injuries, designing tailored rehabilitation programs focused on performance optimization and injury prevention.

In pediatrics, he uses methods tailored to the specific needs of children, treating problems such as developmental disorders, torticollis and plagiocephaly. His ability to make sessions engaging creates a positive and motivating environment for each young patient.

Biography

With a degree in Physiotherapy from the Université de Montréal, Dillon’s vast experience was enriched by his work with the École Victor-Doré, affiliated with CHU Sainte-Justine, where he supported children with severe motor deficiencies. His training in a private clinic, under the supervision of a physiotherapist specializing in global postural rehabilitation (GPR), enabled him to help a multitude of patients suffering from postural problems.

In addition, Dillon spent several summers working as an aide-educator in a daycare center and as an educator in a respite service for single mothers, where he developed valuable skills for interacting with children and their families.

At our clinic, he completed the NXTG Academy curriculum, which offers advanced courses in orthopedic and sports physiotherapy, covering topics ranging from functional training programs to runner analysis. Thanks to this combination of hands-on experience and in-depth training, Dillon stands out as an expert in his field, ready to deliver the highest quality care to his patients.
