Biography

Frédérique Paul is a Montreal athlete with a passion for flag football. She now competes at the highest international level after being selected by Football Canada for the senior women’s national team. She will represent the country at the International Bowl in Los Angeles, organized by Football USA .

Upcoming goals

Frédérique’s objective for 2026 is to once again be part of Team Canada and represent the country at the World Games in Germany. In the longer term, she is aiming for her ultimate dream: competing at the 2028 Olympic Games, where flag football will make its debut for the very first time.
