BACKGROUND 

Jeffrey “Jeff” Adler is one of the most recognizable faces on the CrossFit circuit in Canada. With three consecutive CrossFit Games appearances, Jeff competes with the world’s best in his category. In 2021, while recovering from an injury, he even managed to win the Open, the world pre-selection event for the CrossFit Games.

Owner of CrossFit Wonderland in Montreal, where he trains in preparation for his competitions, Jeff Adler is also a fitness coach. Since 2017, CrossFit Wonderland’s vision and approach have made it one of the most popular places in Montreal.
