Passions
Always curious and eager to expand his knowledge, Paul loves reading and learning about sports. But he also needs to move and train at least once a day. A bit more unique—Paul has a strong passion for South Korea. He’s drawn to the culture, cuisine, TV series, and is even learning the language in his spare time!

Paul relies on a data-driven and evidence-based approach. He designs clear, personalized, and measurable plans tailored to each person’s reality. His goal: to provide concrete tools that help individuals progress efficiently, regardless of their level or discipline.
Biography
Paul holds a DESS in kinesiology and a master’s degree in exercise science from the Université de Montréal. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate, working on a project involving integrative modeling of physiological, aerodynamic, and mechanical parameters to optimize cycling performance. He also holds a national weightlifting certification (NCCP). A former triathlete, recreational runner, and elite cyclist, Paul blends athletic experience with scientific expertise to support endurance athletes and performance-minded individuals.
