Thomas Panet-Raymond
Massage therapist
« Massage therapy: the art of turning a knot into a sigh of relief. »
His superpowers
Thomas stands out for his genuine desire to help his clients, whether it’s supporting a return to play, relieving a deeper injury, or simply offering a well-deserved moment of relaxation.
His passions
Our therapist runs marathons (non-competitively), ski in the winter, and often head out for mountain hikes. Traveling and adventure fuel him every day: each trip and new experience is a way to discover, move, and push his limits.
His approach
For him, massage therapy is a balance between science and practice. Thanks to his university training, he can go deeper into analyzing an injury while still providing relaxing and tailored care. Each session becomes a personalized meeting, where he listens, adapts, and guides.
His background
Thomas is a third-year Sports Therapy student at Concordia University while building my practice in sports and Swedish massage. His background as a runner and skier helps him understand the needs of his clients, whether they are athletes or not, and use massage as a tool to improve both recovery and well-being.
